My name is Vallée Sylvain and I am a real estate agent in the Nice area.
My agency is called "Gentleman Services Immobilier" - this is not only an attractive trade mark, but also a commitment to act as a gentleman for a gentleman. The service I propose is something totally different from what you already know or what you will find.
Although I am occasionaly involved in sales, my speciality is searching for property matching my customers' specific requirements. How does it work? We sign an agreement which commits me to look for very specific property on your behalf. As soon as I find the house or appartment that you are looking for, we visit it together. You will pay for my services only if you eventually buy the property (the fee is 4% of the sales price).
